Refund policy

No Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

Refunds / Returns / Exchange Policy

Payments are non-refundable, except in case of a completely defective item.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us via email with details of the product and the defect.

The client must report the defective item within 24 hours upon receiving the order to provide further assistance.

We will fully examine the product and notify you whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with the receipt of purchase.

Alteration Policy

We offer free alterations for local orders only within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, alteration charges will be applied.

We do not offer alteration services for international orders.
